From raising request, tracking status of approval of the request also enabling to change, modify and cancel the request by app on the go. Had done some iterations of design to improve usability.

Next Steps

The ideal next steps would be large quantitative testing and iterations in design to have a better travelling experience for the users. Iterate a few more times prior to build, and then measure closely post-launch.

Conclusion

I went from beginning to end with a long research process with some unanticipated results. The results at the end taught me about user behavior and gave me insight to restructure and design a website and an app for users.
